Jake

Your engineering team ships 10x with AI.
Your GTM team scales 10x with AI.
Support doesn't.

Jake reads your product and support history, configures itself, and handles routine volume so your support doesn't need to scale headcount with ticket count.

Most AI support tools need a setup project. Someone writes the flows, configures the bot, maintains the content library. Jake reads and connects everything it needs and configures itself. Paste one line into Claude Code or Cursor. That's the setup.

Most teams are live in an afternoon. If you use a coding agent, it's faster: paste one line and it handles everything.

How is Jake different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers from a knowledge base. It pattern-matches your question to a doc and returns a snippet. Jake is different at the architecture level -- it understands how your product actually works, checks real customer context, follows your specific policies, calls your tools, and takes actions. When a customer says their eSIM failed, Jake doesn't return a help article. It checks their account, finds the problem, and fixes it. The goal isn't to deflect the ticket. It's to resolve it. Jake is also proactive -- when a conversation does get escalated to a human, Jake asks why and suggests the missing data, rule, or context that would have let it handle it next time. It gets better on its own.

Do I need to replace my support inbox?

You don't have to -- Jake plugs into whatever you already use. But if you want to replace it, Jake is built to be the best support experience you've ever used. Think Raycast, but for customer support. Fast, keyboard-driven, deeply contextual. Every conversation has full customer history, account data, and AI suggestions inline. Most teams that try the Jake inbox don't go back.

What stops Jake from taking the wrong action?

Every action Jake can take is explicitly allow-listed by you during setup. It can only do what you've said it's allowed to do, within the limits you set. On top of that, you can configure confidence thresholds -- if Jake isn't sure enough, it escalates instead of guessing. Anything consequential can require human approval for as long as you want. Jake is tested against real scenarios from your support history before it goes live, so you see exactly how it behaves before your customers do.

Which model does Jake use?

Out of the box, Jake runs on a hosted model we manage -- you don't need to think about it. If you want control, you can connect your own API key from any supported provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) from the dashboard. Bring your own key and the model cost comes straight from your provider at cost -- we don't mark it up. The Growth and Scale plans include the hosted model. Starter requires BYOK.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are live in an afternoon. Connect your docs, your past tickets, and any internal policies. Jake reads everything, builds the initial configuration, and tells you what it still needs. If you use Claude Code, Cursor, or another coding agent, it's even faster -- paste one prompt and the agent handles auth, configuration, and a test run end to end. You're not configuring flows or writing bot responses. Jake figures that out.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial and you don't need a card to start. If you hit the end of the trial and you're not sure, reach out -- we'd rather give you more time than lose you to a deadline.

Not the right fit?

Jake works best for software companies handling product support at volume -- typically 5 to 100 people, growing fast, where the support queue is becoming a bottleneck. If that's not where you are yet, or you need something we don't cover, email us and we'll point you somewhere useful. No hard sell. hi@tryjake.ai
